At Astonish, we want you to love your home decor and furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or store credit.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the aesthetic integrity of the product is maintained.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
